For local residents only. This 90-minute personal shopping experience allows you to learn how to make healthy choices while you shop. We will meet at your grocery store of choice and walk through the store together. You will learn basic grocery store layouts and valuable ways to shop more nutritiously to support wellness goals for you and your family.
