Move Out Inspection

This is a 1-2 hour move out inspection. Home must be professionally cleaned with receipts, carpets cleaned with receipts, professional flea/tick spray (if you have a pet). All keys must be turned in and your forwarding address must be written down. This is not only an inspection of how you are leaving the home but we are also checking maintenance and normal wear and tear items for the owner. You do not have to be present for the whole inspection. We will send you a link after we are finished
