This is designed for you to meet us to see that we are a match. There is no charge for a Meet and Greet.

We are commissioned notaries and will meet you online using an online conference room with audio visual capabilities to complete your notarization. We recommend you upload your document to us at least 30 minutes prior to meeting to make the meeting move more smoothly. When we have finalized preparing your document for notarization, we will then send you a ZOOM link to begin the meeting as scheduled. An invoice will be sent prior to beginning for pre-payment unless otherwise arranged.

A Daily Money Manager is like a personal bookkeeper. We have set hourly rates, but they will vary in that we can work either remotely for you or on-site, distance will also be a factor if we are working on-site. There may be an on-site minimum billing and mileage charge.

This is a traditional notarization however we come to you on your schedule. Please be sure to have papers ready, US Government issued ID handy, and witnesses present (if applicable). On-site visits will have a minimum charge and mileage may apply. An invoice will be sent prior to arrival for pre-payment unless otherwise arranged.
